Because your data is stored entirely on your device, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your locally stored data
• Securing access to your device
• Any loss of data resulting from device failure, app removal, or clearing of local storage

4. User Content and Dream Data

You retain full ownership of all dream entries, journal content, and personal data (collectively, "User Content"). All User Content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or processed by Dream9 servers.

We understand that dream data is deeply personal. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Introduce malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Because all data is stored locally on your device, Dream9 does not have access to your personal information or dream content. Key protections include:

• Local-only storage — all dream journal entries remain on your device and are never uploaded
• No data collection — we do not collect, store, or process your personal data on external servers
• No third-party sharing — your data never leaves your device, so it cannot be shared
• Full control — you may delete all of your data at any time by clearing your local storage
